How to obtain insurance policy
- Clients contact BVTM Marketing Dept. or Marketing Staff approach/get information from clients.
- BVTM provide consultancy to clients.
- Base on demand of clients, BVTM prepare quotation and send to client.
- Clients send BVTM confirmation in writing
- BVTM issue the policy and debit note and send to the clients.
- BVTM issue VAT invoice and send the copy of invoice to client with the first remind letter. Upon receipt of the invoice, Clients would confirm accuracy of the invoice within 5 working days.
- Clients make payment within premium warranty period.
